You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use our services. You are responsible for providing accurate information and for safeguarding any credentials or account access shared with us.

- Comply with platform policies (Google Ads, Meta, app stores, etc.) relevant to your project.
- Make payments on time as agreed in the proposal or invoice.
7. Fees, Payments & Refunds
Fees, payment schedules, and milestones for services are defined in the applicable quote or statement of work. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are payable within the timeframe specified. Digital marketing spend on ad platforms is billed separately by those platforms. Refunds, where applicable, are governed by the terms of the specific engagement.
8. Third-Party Services
Our services may rely on or integrate with third-party platforms (hosting providers, analytics, Google, Meta, app stores, payment gateways, etc.). We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, algorithm updates, or actions taken by these third parties.
9. Marketing Results Disclaimer
Digital marketing, SEO, and advertising results depend on many factors including market conditions, competition, budget, and platform behaviour. While we apply industry best practices and share our experience openly, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue.
10. Confidentiality
We treat non-public information shared during an engagement as confidential and use it only to deliver the agreed services. Clients agree to keep our proposals, methodologies, and non-public deliverables confidential.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UDM Techno Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the website or services. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a service engagement will not exceed the fees paid to us for that specific engagement.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the website or services if you breach these Terms or the terms of a specific engagement. Either party may terminate an engagement as described in the applicable proposal or statement of work.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
